Cupping
Move out the Old,
Bring in the New
The cupping technique made its way into many cultures around the world; either by there own understanding of the body or through interactions with other people.

This technique utilizes different ways of applying negative pressure (fire, pump, suction) within a glass, plastic, or silicone cup to produce separation in the soft tissues of the body. This pulls to the surface underlying, static fluid (we are not breaking blood vessels; these are not bruises) and allows space for fresh blood to come and nourish the body area.

Mainly utilized when there is the presence of tight muscles and fascia tissue, this techniques is also traditionally applied when there is the onset of a cold with tight, achy neck and body.
